Sneha Ullal is so much similar in looks to Aishwarya that when the
Bollywood movie ‘Lucky’ released almost everybody might have thought
that it was Aishwarya paired up with Salman again after ‘Hum Dil De
Chuke Sanam’. But however, Aishwarya was not the reason behind the
film’s success. It was Sneha Ullal’s looks and performance that drew
spectators to the theatres. Once more the audience applauded her
performance on screen when she acted in ‘Aryan’ with Sohail Khan. Umm!!
Seems that the Khan brothers are all jostling for her. Then it was
Sneha again in a special appearance in the Hindi movie ‘Jaane Bhi Do
Yaaron’ and after that “Kaashh... Mere Hote” and “Click” by Harish
Nayar. Sneha has also tried her luck in Telugu films like “Ullasamga
Utsahamga,” “Nenu Meeku Telusa...?”, “King “(an item number) and
“Current.” She has also been seen in Tamil movies.
Sneha was born to Nithin Ullal and his wife Usha on the 18th day of
December in 1987.Though her parents are Indian to the core she was born
in Muscat. The small girl Sneha grew up inculcating both Sindhi and
Mangalorean traditions and cultures. It was later that she shifted to
Mumbai with her mother and sister got a call from Salman, first
surprised and later mesmerized her.
Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao– the directors required a 17 year old
girl to fit into the female lead role. Sneha was just out of her 12th
and aged 17 then, when she was spotted by Arpita. She suited perfectly
and looked lovely in her role of a Russian girl, thanks to her parents
and her mixed genes. It was like a dream for her to be paired up with
Salman- her favourite actor. Among actresses Madhubala and Rani Mukherji
top her list.
Sneha Ullal represents a conservative background with a god- fearing
attitude. The pretty girl is confident of her talent and is desirous to
continue further studies. She is simple, straightforward, homeloving
and why not? She is ‘Saggi’ after all. She recommends everyone to assign
special importance to reading. The next inclusion within her hobbies is
music. Sneha does not owe her shape to strict diets and says that her
eating habits are erratic. Specially Paneer Bhurji cooked by her mother
is something she is not ready to give a miss. She also likes cycling and
swimming. When it comes to games, she mentions basketball and hockey.
Lets wish her luck and God’s blessings.
